In my betrayal, I felt alone! Moving in slow motion losing strength, confidence, and hope. Wanting connection, faith, love, and hope. I was upside down, in the air, and stretched to my limit. Someone cared, betrayal trauma is real, you can find help. I found LifeStar St. George, with Geoff Streurer and Jeff Ford. https://lifestarstgeorge.com
With a lot of hard work from both Rex and I are finding hope and light. During my dark times, dance pulled me through! I have a beautiful group of girls who are members of my inspirational dance company that shared my highs and lows. They would come to dance and let me move and heal through my choreography. At first most of them had no idea what they were doing and how they were helping, but eventually, I shared my journey with them.
Through inspiration and hope, we have been working on several pieces that I will share with time. One piece of choreography I was working on is my actual betrayal trauma piece, and we will be filming that at the end of this month. Dance has always been a way I have expressed my life and feelings, so here is a beautiful little video. This was filmed, choreographed and written by me, danced by Courtney and Melanie Grob, and edited and produced by Melanie Grob. Thank you, Courtney and Melanie, for all your help with this video!
I want to thank all my dancers who have been a part of my journey for loving me and helping me through. I love you to the moon and back!!😘😘😘😘😘😘
